Rapid Transformational Therapy

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapy, that offers unparalleled results by combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Developed by the highly acclaimed Marisa Peer who has perfected this method over 30 years.
Through RTT we have the ability to access the subconscious mind allowing us to uncover and uproot the cause of any mental or physical issue, pattern or behavior and upgrade limiting beliefs providing complete freedom and healing.

Does it work?
Yes. Rapid Transformational Therapy and hypnosis has worked for millions of people just like you, no matter the issue. It’s simple, effective and proven.
How long does it take?
Each Rapid Transformational Therapy session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours. For that reason, we ask you block of a full 2 hours in your calendar to make sure you’re not rushed.
Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis?
Nope! Even though it could be cool to be stuck a la Office Space, getting stuck in hypnosis is a myth. You have complete control the whole time.
You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up and leave (needing a quick time-out to pee is totally normal and totally ok). Even if our call gets disconnected you may drift into sleep if you’re really relaxed, but eventually you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice and open your eyes.
What if I don’t “go deep” enough?
No need to worry about how deep you go, the depth of trance is not linked to results at all. It’s absolutely normal for your mind to worry or feel anxious beforehand about this. Just continue to relax and don’t get stuck on “Am I deep enough?” Just tell yourself the truth – “This is working” and it will absolutely work. Just know that it is effective. Just breathe and allow yourself to relax.
What if I go back to scenes that are painful or scary?
If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal – I’ll be right there with you.
When will I start to see changes?
There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy – every
person is different:
- Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors right in the session.
- Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
- Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.
How will I feel after the session?
You may feel extremely happy and excited, relieved and free or you may find yourself very tired and ready to nap all day. You may feel like sitting and staring or filling up an entire journal. Everyones experience is different.
It’s not uncommon to remember more and have additional insights that apply to the issue you worked on.
Am I awake?
Yes. RTT/Hypnosis is a sleep of the nervous system. You don’t actually go to sleep. You are fully aware and dropped in to a deeper level of yourself. You are in charge.
What does it feel like?
The experience feels different for different people. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working. I promise.
How does it work?
Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science! It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM. That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it,
you’ll see for yourself when you do it too!

What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what
you need to see.
What if I need or want another session?
RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT session on a particular issue, depending on how deep it is it can take up to 3. Most
want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life and receive coaching to integrate the new beliefs and build new habits and behaviors. For these reasons I offer a 3 month Rapid Transformational
Experience Program for those who want continued support on their change journey. And for those who are dedicated to personal mastery, we can discuss my exclusive 6 and 12 month private coaching programs.

I offer all sessions remotely via Zoom, allowing us to connect no matter your location. All you need is a good internet connection and desire for change.
